房間一個人住挺大的了，而且樓道里有洗衣機和烘乾機很便捷，前台小姐姐服務很周到
美中不足的話就是房間對着外面的窗户比較臟，看不清楚外面的樣子

在越秀區中心位置，去越秀公園、服裝批發市場、沙麪、陳家祠等景點都很近，打車方便，周圍粵菜餐廳也多，步行七百多米有個美食街，那邊喝早茶和吃順德魚生都有，樓下有超市有餐廳，服務熱情，特別是8樓的服務阿姨特別和藹，房間有冰箱，三個房間都有電視和空調，熱水也很大，空調效果好。不過畢竟是很多年的老酒店，設施設備有些陳舊也在所難免，該有的都有，出門在外有點小瑕疵也可以忽略不計，性價比很高，值得入住。
