Takeaways cannot be delivered to the room, you have to pick them up in the lobby, which is very inconvenient.
I will not choose this hotel next time. Other hotels have robots to help deliver the room. For more than a thousand yuan a night, there are actually many choices.
Moreover, we checked in at around 9pm that evening. It was not busy and there was no other guests around. The customer service staff with a mask was very rude. She had to ask her questions several times before she responded. It felt disrespectful to the guests. She also spoke very softly and it was impossible to hear what she said. She answered impatiently after I asked her more than twice. A bad experience

I usually like to stay in Tianhe, but this time I had to do something nearby, so I chose Kempinski to try it out for one night. My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. Although a subway was being built next to it, there was basically no noise, and the service staff were very nice. It was also very convenient to eat nearby.
