設施一應俱全開門進去的第一感覺還不錯哦老闆也挺熱情的燈的光線也挺亮的看得比較舒服隔音也還是不錯的出門外面就是小吃街

設施：比較陳舊了，洗手池放不出熱水，水管還是斷的。
衞生：看起來比較一般。
環境：空間非常小，一個人住都是很窄的。傢俱和空調都比較舊了。但勝在空調能制熱，這點真的不錯。
服務：不錯，老闆娘看起來人很好。
在週六這個時間段，75一宿，算是大學城很便宜的住宿了，已經在大學城住了四家民宿了，這家是環境和設施最一般的，但勝在價格實惠。平常60一宿，週六漲到75一宿，漲的沒有其他家那麼多，算是老闆良心了。這個價格就不要求環境了，還是給5分好評吧。

周邊環境一言難盡。卧室衞生倒沒什麼。空調很吵，而且關不了，直接拔插頭才能停。
