Front desk staff very polite and friendly. Willing to answer your questions. Security/concierge guy at the ground floor was also very friendly and offered his help a lot. Breakfast is average.
The negative thing is the construction of the subway right outside the hotel. It was working into 2am one night and was bothersome. The second night was much better though.
The bathroom was raised more than 6 inches for no good reason. Not sure why it is designed this. It makes it awkward to use the sink when you brush your teeth.
