房間環境不錯，衞生條件不錯，周圍環境是工地，早晨7點左右就開始施工，不起早的人不要挑臨街的房。部分房間內空調不好，入住時正值廣州冬季氣温較低，空調熱風不好，換房後還好，又趕上物業維修，停了電，凍感冒了！值得一提的是，停電後再供電，要重新激活借電卡才能供電，結果前台沒人提醒，導致一宿沒電，凍了整整一夜！！店家無任何解釋！！另外對於所謂房間升級，只是將布藝沙發升級為皮製沙發！沒有任何意義！！！
