lovely hotel to stay. entrance is located at the back of the building (longde building) up to level 7. its quite easy to find because there is a lot of human traffic entering from the back so just follow the crowd if you are lost. place is a bit old but clean nonetheless. hot water takes awhile to come on but it works and for the price and convenience that you are getting is unbeatable at this range. staffs are really friendly and assisted me to setup my food delivery address using the hotel details. housekeeping staffs are friendly. self-service laundry station is sufficient. will definitely go back to timmy hotel on my next trip.

Perfect location. The metro is under the building. Surrounded by many local restaurant and food chain in the department store. We had to use 2-step elevator to our room. Go to 7th floor then switch to another lift to our room. The room is good. Lots of space for your luggage. We have booked for non-smoking room for 5 nights. The first four nights were perfect, no smell, no sign of any smoking in our room. But in the last night, the smoke was from the toilet. I think it might be from the air drain system.

Hotel is just above one of the exits of Shipai metro station and several malls are around the vicinity. However, one needs to go to the back of the building after exit, in order to gain access to the lift that brings you to the hotel lobby at level 7, and there aren't signages around, so took quite a while to find. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the design of the hotel room is kind of strange: the room is very small, and there is no place to really sit or place youe luggage, exceot for that raised space in front of the bed by the windows, and bed was at a corner of the room, so for whoever that sleeps at the inner side, you will need to climb up and down that same raise space everytime you get on and off the bed. The toilet and shower are separate units but partitioned. They are separated from the room by clear glass panels with opaque overlay in the middle sections, so people on the outside won't be able to see what you do inside. If you are still uncomfortable with that, it's best to book for a double bed room, because some of their double bed rooms have better toilet doors/ glass that doesn't expose that much. Shower space is considered slightly spacious (in comparison with other hotels I had stayed before), but the toilet is very narrow. For a small-size guy like me, my knee was almost touching the glass door whwn I sit on the toilet bowl. Staff service is satisfactory.

Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. Location of hotel was superb too, close to pretty much everything. Cleanliness however, was just average. But you get what you pay for- at this cheap price point, it was…okay.

The location is good. However, the socket is so terrible to use. Other than that, everything is fine.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before and if you’re going to be visiting Guangzhou for something that will keep you busy most of the day (like business or sight seeing) this is really all that you need. The hotel is very well located and right at Shaipaiqiao metro station (just make sure that you take the Exit D, turn left and enter from the rear of the building going up to reception on the 7th floor). The rooms are small but don’t feel cramped and are well cleaned. The hotel has has all the amenities that you need including a self service laundry station on the 8th floor. Although there is no breakfast served, the hotel is next to several malls, has a McDonalds and FamilyMart very close by and has several small restaurants in the basement. The hotel is also excellent value most of the time, just keep an eye out around the Canton Fair dates as prices can often quadruple like most other hotels. I would recommend it and will definitely stay again.

In an established location, the room is big, the location is convenient, the surroundings are spectacular, and near the metro station.

location is strategic. unfortunately, the cold water one our first day was empty. so, it was just a hot water for taking a bath.

The location is very good and there are many shopping malls around. The transportation is convenient. Exit D of Shipaiqiao Metro Station is on the ground floor of the building. It is very convenient to go to Baiyun Airport from here. The room is clean and tidy.
