Great place to stay. Minutes to Ouyang station. Food choices nearby. They upgraded us for free as well! Clean rooms and amenities! Friendly counter staff!

Amazing find! Arrived after red eye flight and we are glad to have XIAO LIU who checked in for us. She's the one that created the best first impression for the hotel going extra mile for us! Also we upgraded our room and it was perfect. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall rly recommend this hotel chain.

Great service from front desk staff, very helpful. Very safe and clean. Convenient as located 2 minute walk to line 5 Ouzhuang subway station to connect to all points in city. Recommended.

As usual very clean and service was great.but I was not satisfied with location,it’s hard to park cars.

It's convenient n clean. Staff warm n friendly. My room (509) door is to close to the TV so need to be more cautious when go in/out of the room.

Subway station just outside the hotel. Free laundry machine and dryer. Clean and functional. Although I booked a non smoking room, hotel didn't have one for me when I was checking in. Hotel manager made it up by upgrading my room to a non smoking one. Front desk staff are attentive, polite and helpful.

Nice hotel , good location close to subway. Good English for foreign customers . Nice staff, cool robot that operates the elevator by itself for delivering room service.

Very good location, staff and breakfast spread had lots of vegetables which was good for me. But I am disappointed as Trips has not refunded my reauthorise payment to Trip made in early june 2023. I completed my stay on 23rfd june today is 2nd July I hv not got my money from Trips
