整體別墅雙卧的房型很不錯，適合一家人出遊。單獨的温泉泡池和泳池也很私密方便。服務人員有禮貌，提前聯繫並確定行程時間及詢問特殊要求。私人管家隨時解決問題，幫拿行李及電瓶車接送。中餐廳的晚餐也不錯，量大味道適中。早餐豐富，長者非常滿意。退房直接送到地下車庫，有心了。下次泡温泉還會選擇入住。
