When we entered the room, we thought the front desk had made a mistake because we booked a deluxe king-size room. Not only was the room very small, the bathroom was even narrower, the lighting was very dim, and the hygiene was not good. We quickly ordered disposable bed covers!

When we reached them they told us that there is no empty room for us though we booked room before going there and paid. They asked us to cancel booking. We did not agree and then they took us to the nearest another hotel for one night. In the next day morning, they allowed us to the booked hotel.
