首次入住廣州文華東方酒店，服務一流，裝修格調低調沉穩，設施維護保養得很好，是我住過最好睡的酒店，早餐豐富品質高，可能預期拉滿，班尼迪克蛋個人覺得一般，但其他品種例如法式吐司值得期待，胡蘿蔔汁無添加好喝，各種西點水平也很高。説下要改進的地方：1.check in 等待時間太久，16:30才成功辦理入住，並沒有表達歉意；2.房間走廊與廳間的推拉門手指印滿滿；3.這次帶2小孩，洗漱用品沒有提前準備到位，建議細節方面要再加強，想得再周到一些。總的來説，還是很滿意的。

因為我們到酒店預訂的房間還沒打掃好 就給我們做了升級這點還挺好的 不過沒有做水療下次想體驗下 房間設計是蠻好的 床也很舒適 隔音效果好下樓走一下就是商場很方便 就是外賣要下樓去取有點麻煩 大門有點小 其他都還挺好的

很開心被實力圈粉了！位置不錯，旁邊就是大商場、對面就是炳勝。關於禮賓和前台服務來之前看評論還有些忐忑，擔心被區別對待影響心情，但結果是一切都很好，特別是前台Leo，禮貌不失親切、專業不失熱情，不僅為我們升級了房型還贈送了入會小禮物，最重要的是入住過程輕鬆絲滑，並親自送我們到房間！客房服務也值得肯定，及時補充茶水台物品和飲用水、開夜床等等，房間裝潢是我喜歡的皮質+木質組合，還有佈局也讓人驚喜，種種一系列，讓我們春節旅遊的最後一站完美！再次感謝Leo！感謝廣州文化東方！
