Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel Guangzhou Reviews

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

There are many choices for breakfast, I will go there again next time ! ( 另 購 買 了 一枝 red wine 返 香港 ）

Frontline Staff at reception, concierge and even the maid for housekeeping are very helpful. Overall service level exceed our expectation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great breakfast and service

I booked this hotel because my family and friends were going to Sunac Resort Land for a few days. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. I also loved the view from my balcony which leads into the back of the hotel towards the lake and the surrounding hotels. Would love to come back and stay in this hotel next time I go to Huadu District in Guangzhou.

It's incredibly convenient with a free shuttle bus service that takes only 3 minutes to get there, making it perfect for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Room The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel for a short stay, especially if you're planning to visit the indoor ski. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and well-appointed rooms makes it a great choice.

The hotel is new and clean. True to the picture. Our room is lake front with balcony. No noise from construction site. The service from the staff is excellent. A bit new menu update for the breakfast for our 2 days stay. Locationwise, it is off of everything, and takes about 10 mins walk to the mall. Generally it’s very valued for money.

Paid for the buffet separately, went to the gym and came back to find it closed at 10.50. Which is fine, but when assisted i said some perrier water or noodles would be ok. Maybe a coffee They all, as usual in china, gather around you like they care. Offered me a sandwich! Then they follow you all apologetic. Lol Sigh. Left empty handed which is all good. But stingy place.

This is my third times to stay this hotel. I come here for slking and it's close to the mall. Convenient to have eating, shopping and activities (water world or skiing world).

Very convenient, a 6 minswalk to Sunac Mall, and room are clean and comfortable, I like indoor swimming pool that I can swim during winter

Amazing hotel with affordable price. We spent two nights there and definitely would come back next time!! Breakfast is good with good choices of food.
