是體驗感最差的一次出行！原本是要去住一晚的，訂好了房間後，在一個漆黑的夜晚冒着大雨來到這個房屋所在的小區。這間民宿是開在一個陳舊的小區住宅樓裏的，當我來到樓主指定的樓層後，走出電梯，我在樓道里四下觀察了一下，樓道里燈光暗淡，和樓主語音溝通了一下，他説是房間裏是共用衞生間的，是多人同住的，我感覺不安全，就沒有踏進她的房間半步，我甚至都不知道她的民宿是在哪個單元門，於是我便在網上取消了訂單，又打車去了另外一個酒店辦理入住手續。等第二天我再進入網頁查看我前一天取消訂單的訊息，竟然發現店主不同意我的取消訂單，我於是給**。讓我驚訝的是客服再三和店家進行溝通後，店家也只是同意退還我一半的住宿費。我就覺得店家真是太黑了，我都沒踏入她房間半步，他竟然如此囂張！也真是讓我無語了😓#服務不滿意#房間設施未進入房間，但是外部環境不怎樣！
