This is the first time I've written a negative review in my life. I booked this hotel to rest because I was transiting in Guangzhou Baiyun. As soon as I entered the room, there was a terrible smell of smoke. The room was super humid. There were no windows in the room. I almost suffocated in it! ! ! The scary thing is that when I look inside the long glass in the house, I can see that there is actually a space room inside. Someone can hide inside and see my every move. It's so scary! ! ! Is this reasonable? This room is like a prison, it must be where criminals are kept. It was the middle of the night for a girl like me to stay in this room and there was no privacy at all, it was even dangerous. Later I asked the front desk to change rooms, and the girl at the front desk changed my room with a sarcastic tone. The new room seemed safer, but the bathroom door was missing? The shower water sprayed all over the floor, the whole bathroom was full of water... it was easy to slip. There is a warning on the bathroom door: Open the door gently! But where is the door? ? ? What does it mean to not provide a bathroom door? The elevator is old! Looks super unsafe! Girls should never book this hotel if they are alone! ! ! Very dangerous! ! ! ! !

The front desk staff should pay attention to their tone of voice, it is too harsh and lacks the spirit of service...
