31號中午14：00訂489元的房間，晚上22：15到達酒店，首先是前台男服務員服務態度不好，叫了他三次也不理睬，然後説我訂的大床房沒有了，要換一間雙人床房，原因是我訂的大床房還沒有搞衞生，天啊！這是什麼酒店？居然晚上10點幾還沒有搞衞生，然後我坐在大堂等了1個多小時才能搞完衞生，這是什麼服務？上到房間地面還是濕水的，差少少還滑倒了，而且房間還有蚊子，日用品不齊全。總之衞生環境服務設施是最差的一間酒店。

住居環境挺適宜的，基礎設施配置的都可以，出門走一走能看到廣州塔，晚上吃飯的話走一走附近就有個商超，半夜也不用擔心太晚沒有飯吃

下午四點半，到的賓館，房間還沒有清潔出來。坐等十五分鐘。去前台想再要個枕頭，前台老闆説可以，稍等，晚一點給送到房間，直到第二天也沒送到。😂房間很小很小。
