It's just so-so. The self-service coin-operated washing machines are all broken. We have to pay twice for the coins to wash. Speechless. The service can't keep up with the consumption

It was my first time staying in this hotel. I was speechless. What was shown online was not consistent with what was shown offline. Moreover, the toilet light in the room was broken, there were spider webs by the door, and the bed sheets had a peculiar smell. The stay experience was extremely poor.
