I called before I arrived and said that the room type I booked was not cleaned well. Then I was told on the phone to add 30 yuan to upgrade my stay. However, when I arrived at the venue, I was forced to pay 60 yuan. I made it clear that I had been told to pay 30 yuan in advance on the phone. Why was it 60 yuan?
