The apartment location is ok but the building seems lack of maintenance and Washroom is very small.

location was difficult to find as it is wrongly indicated on the Trip.com map and you have to call the housekeeper for directions. room is poorly maintained with falling parts and moldy ceilings - as if a long-term resident just lent you their house to stay in for a few days. when i arrived, the electric kettle was sitting in a puddle of water and the plug was wet. to use the washing machine, you will need to connect it to an extension cord from outside the bathroom which makes it a hazard. the shower head wouldn't stay in its holder (keeps falling off) and there is no place/hooks in the toilet to hang stuff.

The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are very complete, with washing machine, microwave and refrigerator, which is very suitable for short-term and medium-term stay. The hotel is located in a busy area in the city, but not noisy. The surrounding transportation is also convenient. We like it very much. The value for money is also very good!
