不是第一次入住了好嗎😓真不是故意差評
我提前預訂的房間去到跟我講不能換另外一間，説沒有別的房間了，難道不應該給提前預訂的客人留一間相對好點的嗎？那我提前預訂的意義何在，我請問。
前台的工作人員態度很差，入住時間晚了點是因為我下班晚我沒辦法提前去，所以我晚了去拿房間就活該安排電梯口的位置嗎？那我就不用網上訂啦，我直接去門店拿房啦，如果是我晚了預訂沒房間我可以理解怎麼我提前訂也給我一個差房間啊。
我去友好諮詢能否換房，前台服務員直接懟你説沒有其他房了，我還用積分升級了房型，給我的是小房間，是我在這裏住過最小的。去到房間裏面還沒有毛巾
真無語呀
如果做不到對應的服務的話沒必要掛網上，還要求好評，自己心裏沒點數嗎……
