Guangzhou Haizhu District 3-star Hotels

Staying in this hotel brought me a pleasant surprise. First of all, the items inside are all from the Licheng brand. The shower gel and shampoo smell good. The toilet is also fully automatic. The air conditioner, lights, and curtains are all fully automatic. Because I needed to print something, I asked Xiaodu speaker to call the front desk, and soon a robot delivered the information I wanted to the door of the room. It felt wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. The pillows and quilts were soft, light, and very elastic. In particular, the room was very quiet. I haven't slept so comfortably for a long time, so thank you.

This hotel is located in a prime location of Guangzhou with the metro and bus station nearby with easy taxi pick up. The room was very clean, and the service was good. However, the breakfast was very Chinese so I’d recommend the McDonald’s next door if you’re a foreigner. The walls are very thin too, you can hear every one near you, which may make it hard to sleep. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious with all needed amenities. It’s good for a solo traveler on a budget.

The hotel is in a good location near Dongxiaonan Station! If you want to find something to eat, there are delicious foods as soon as you step out of the hotel. It is less than 8 minutes' walk from O2 park. The waitress is also very nice and polite 👍. It's the first time I see a hotel that provides popsicles in addition to snacks and coffee!

A super good hotel. Every time I pass by the front desk lady, I will ask hello. There are many kinds of tea and candies at the front desk, all free. There are also ice cubes, which is great. The weather is too hot now. There is also ice water, which is great. When you order takeout, there are robots that deliver it to the room. The facilities are so complete, and there is a toilet, hahahaha. The room is very large and comfortable. The bed and pillow are latex. It is super comfortable to sleep. The environment is also super good. You can see the scenery outside. I added an upgrade fee to upgrade to floor-to-ceiling windows, which is good and full of security. There is a 24-hour front desk and security. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. I will come again next time

The hotel is quite clean, the cleaning is timely, and the front desk staff is also very friendly. It is just a little far from the subway station, and the sound insulation is not good enough. At two or three o'clock in the middle of the night, you can still hear the neighbors playing UNO and shouting ”add one plus four”. It would be better if the sound insulation can be improved. The lady at the front desk is very patient ~ Thumbs up ~

The room was okay and looked like the photos online. However, there was a strong smoke smell when we first entered, which was quite unpleasant. The location wasn’t great — there’s construction going on nearby, and we had to walk out to the main road just to catch a cab. Since we cab everywhere we go, this was a bit of a taboo for us. It also rained during our entire 3-day stay, which made things even more inconvenient. On the first day, we almost had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs because we didn’t have a security card to access the lift. Thankfully, the hotel staff were helpful when we called — they came to fetch us and brought us in through another entrance using their card. Appreciate the assistance, but overall, the experience could have been better.

Nice friendly hotel pretty clean. Only thing is we didnt realize we booked a windowless room til we got there. Lots of restaurants and street food around the hotel. Metro is kinda far but easy to find didi.

I was very disappointed in the security of this hotel. Firstly, when we came back to the hotel on the second day at ~6pm ish, we found our room door open with no one inside. Apparently, one of the cleaning ladies left our door open after they finished cleaning and it was like that for hours! I went downstairs to the lobby to talk to the the front desk and they went with us back to the room to see if we lost anything. Luckily we did not lose anything of value but this was a huge disappointment! Another incident happened when we were in the lobby. An prior guest had walked in and said that they forgot to return the spare key when they checked out. The receptionist then put that key down on the table and had walked off. This was shocking to me because 1. They didn't log who had requested for spare keys. They give only 1 key and then any additional was to be requested and they didn't log this at all 2. Each key was marked with the room # so it's the same key that prior guests and future guests will be using. If this is the case, they need to have better security!

The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is also very quiet. The newly opened hotel is very comfortable. The laundry room and breakfast are very convenient. It is less than 500 to 600 meters away from the subway entrance. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi to the exhibition center. It takes 25 minutes to walk. The hotel is on the fourth floor of the office building... The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Every time you pass by, they will take the initiative to say hello... It is very warm... I will continue to stay next time

The service on the 18th is good, the facilities are complete, and the environment is also very good. The hotel is next to Wansongyuan Market and the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are so many delicious foods. The clerks are very friendly and the room is very comfortable. The hotel also upgraded the belt for me when they learned that I was here to prepare for the exam.
