Guangzhou Nansha District 5-star Hotels

Highly satisfied! It was a perfect weekend getaway. The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Guangzhou, with direct access via Metro Line 4, and right next to Nansha Wanda Plaza. The hotel facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was incredibly kind and proactively arranged a room upgrade, showcasing exceptional service. Our Executive Deluxe Suite offered breathtaking views, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Complimentary fruit was also provided. The Executive Lounge had excellent offerings, and we were delighted to find Chee Cheong Fun available for breakfast. Right outside the hotel is Jiaomen River Park, perfect for a leisurely walk along its banks. Nansha Civic Park is also nearby, offering a chance to experience the vibrant, modern side of Nansha. We had a truly wonderful holiday and look forward to returning!

As a newly opened hotel, its overall ambiance immediately creates a great impression, and everything is well-maintained. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the entire service experience truly comfortable. A few minor adjustments would make the experience even more perfect: For example, if the air conditioning vent could be slightly repositioned to avoid blowing directly onto the bed, the sleep quality would be significantly more comfortable. The duvet was a bit too heavy for summer use, and it would be great if the pillow height could better cater to the needs of different guests (including families with young children). It would be even more thoughtful if duvet thickness could be flexibly adjusted based on the season or guest preferences. Additionally, providing a set of children's toiletries for families staying with kids would be a wonderfully thoughtful touch.

I had a very good implication to the hotel when my family checked in around 8 pm on that day. We got an upgraded suite and the counter staff Ms Ho is very helpful. With her kind instruction we managed to tried on AI taxi to a nearby shopping centre. It was such an experience going on a taxi without a human driver. The technology is so advance that I could not believed. Overall, we enjoy the stay very much. We look forward to next stay in next future. Kelvin Lau

Very suitable for bringing the elderly and children here, the environment is great, there is a garden swimming pool and a large lawn, and the room can also see the sea. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit old, but it is still quite clean, and the breakfast is not bad. Overall, it is worth recommending

We went there on a weekday, so the occupancy rate was probably not high, but the breakfast was still very rich! ! ! ! ! The bread was really better than many other stores! I also loved the salad shrimp! ! The grilled bacon was also the best breakfast in the hotel! Finally, a bowl of noodles ended the happy trip✔️ But I don’t know why those days, maybe the weather was neither cold nor hot, I asked about the central air conditioning and it couldn’t cool, the hotel provided us with a fan, and I found that I caught a cold when I got home🤒

The hotel's ambiance is lovely, the staff are excellent, and the overall experience was truly captivating. Let me elaborate. First, upon arriving exhausted, as soon as I stepped out of the car, a friendly person helped me with my luggage. Secondly, the front desk lady, seeing I was traveling alone for vacation and my birthday, enthusiastically introduced me to the hotel's amenities, particularly the indoor and outdoor pools. After trying them, I have to admit, the photos there are truly stunning. Then, after checking in, the lady even wished me a ”Happy Birthday.” Manager Wu from the lobby also provided welcome fruit and birthday desserts for me, and the friendly person helped deliver my luggage to my room. It was truly a pleasant surprise. Kudos to the Garden Hotel for their service! Then, I enjoyed the buffet, which was okay, just average. After dinner, I explored the hotel and particularly loved the Phalaenopsis orchids and the band in the lobby. I also took a stroll along the nearby coastal greenway. The sunset was beautiful and relaxing! Finally, on check-out day, I visited Binhai Park, which leads directly to the Tianhou Temple and where I could pay my respects to Mazu. I planned to return after lunch, so Manager Wu offered me a free late check-out until 2 p.m.—isn't that something I should give a thumbs-up to? We dined at Taoyuan Chinese Restaurant. I've never been a fan of chicken, but I surprisingly found their sunflower chicken delicious, especially with the soul sauce. Suddenly, my mood brightened!

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful especially Marvin. The go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. The location is perfect as its in the middle of Downtown and everything is quite close. In addition, the metro is less than 10 minutes walk. The hotel was clean. Highly recommend!!

For my recent trip to Guangzhou, I stayed at the Rezen Platinum Hotel Guangzhou Grandview Mall, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The location is simply unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. On the first day, it was just a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Grandview Mall. I explored the Grandview Aquarium, marveling at over 30,000 marine animals – an absolutely stunning experience! For lunch, I enjoyed delicious food within Grandview Mall. In the afternoon, I headed to Ye Shanghai Food Street for some photo opportunities; its quaint, old-world charm made it incredibly photogenic. On the second day, I took the subway to Canton Tower to enjoy panoramic views of the city. Afterward, I visited Haixinsha Island to admire the river views. In the evening, I went to Huacheng Square (Flower City Square) to soak in Guangzhou's vibrant night scenery. The hotel rooms were comfortable, and the service was attentive. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Good apartment but outdated . Lot of construction work going on in apartment. Location is good . You can get more better apartment at thus price.

I stayed here on my last trip to Guangzhou too. It's a very new hotel with an excellent location – just one stop from Guangzhou East Railway Station, two stops from Zhujiang New Town, directly opposite CITIC Plaza, and only a few meters' walk from Metro Line 3 Exit A. The rooms are well-equipped and very quiet, and the cleanliness is superb. The service was outstanding; the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Requests like borrowing an umbrella and arranging for a late check-out were handled smoothly. I will definitely stay here again next time! ❤️
