Overall it's good, but some of the rooms in the hotel may have been renovated for a long time, and the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner had a little problem, but I called the front desk and it came quickly. You need to go to the front desk to ask for disposable slippers.

The experience was very good. The first room had a slight odor. I communicated with the front desk and they immediately changed the room. The air conditioner was cool and I slept very comfortably. The pillow was a latex pillow and there was no odor.

The first time I stayed at the hotel, the experience was very good. The location was on the side of Guanghua Road. It was very close to Jiahe Wanggang subway station and Baiyun Airport. There was a high-speed intersection in front. It took half an hour from the airport. There was free parking at the door but parking spaces were limited. The front desk service was also very good. Check in soon, the elevator has to swipe the card to get to the hotel. It feels very safe. I like the style of the room very much. It is very light and simple. It is also hygienic. I have stayed at Atour in different cities many times, and this is the most comfortable Atour experience🥹The lobby is very clean and warm, smells good, and the design is beautiful and good! The guys and girls are kind and warm, serve with smiles, and there are many books to borrow.
The gym 🐮🍺 also has a gantry! Dumbbells, treadmills, bicycles, yoga blocks, yoga mats, and elastic bands are really nice details. Water and towels are also available.
The room is huge! It's bigger than other Atour hotels I've stayed at. The large windows are very open and comfortable. The hygiene is not to mention. I am a picky woman and didn't find anything wrong with it. The cotton seed bedding is quite comfortable! The laundry service is also great, washing and drying are delivered to the room. The most popular one is the deep sleep pillow. When I woke up the next day, I immediately placed an order for the full price and took one home hahahaha
Eat🍽️Breakfast is rich, including Chinese and Western dishes, fruit salads, freshly cooked wonton noodles, freshly fried egg sausages, and a coffee machine! It’s also very stable☕️There is porridge and snacks for late night snacks

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

Lift waiting is quite long.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
