The most satisfying part of staying in Life Hotel is the view of Canton Tower. We were there for the New Year so it's a memorable view looking at the Canton Tower from our own room. There are cafe, restaurants and convenient store around that make it convenient to get food and necessity. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the nearest Kecun Metro Station so it's convenient. And there's a huge shopping mall opposite to Kecun Metro Station too. The room is spacious with long table. The bathroom is a bit old and the shower is small. We were shocked by the staircase going up to the room from the reception but the staff helped to handle the luggages.

Definitely an unforgettable stay here at Atour Light. Despite it being a light accommodation hotel the services are impeccable. The service staff are all exceptionally friendly and took initiative to make your stay welcoming. In some instances, my daughter forgotten to tie her hair while eating and they helped her tied her hair while she ate, she is 3 years old in case you are wondering. There are laundry services but literally they help you washed and send to your room after. Breakfast and supper are served freshly although not a lot of options but all are decent. In a nutshell, I’ll definitely recommend and come back to this hotel. Shoutout to another Atour hotel. We took a taxi to another Atour hotel and upon reaching our phone died and they helped us book a cab back, served us drinks and escort us to the cab again. The services at Atour hotel group are the best among all I have stayed before. Do stay there to see for yourself!

If you want to travel to Guangzhou during the summer vacation, you must choose the Canton Tower. The South Station subway is very close to here. Just take the subway all at once. Then the location of the hotel. It's also quite close to the station entrance. If you want to eat, you have to go to the square next to the subway station. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. You can find everything, including shopping and food. It was a good trip. The front desk service was very warm and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Ask for a room on a high floor, and if asked, you can take a night cruise on the Pearl River in the evening. In Yongdofang, Yuexiu District, you can go shopping at Beijing Road Pedestrian Street during the day and eat some Guangzhou breakfast Dode.

The bed is very big, 1.8 meters, clean and tidy, and the hygiene is also clean. When I went out to Guangzhou Tower at night, the night view was very good and lively. This is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Haizhu District. The experience is very poor. First of all, the facilities are quite old. The room is small and the door lock is broken. You can only lock the door by the handle. The air conditioning screen has also been removed and it is estimated that there is no heating function. It was very cold and windy all night. I can't adjust it in major, and I can't turn on the bedside lamp. The bathroom is not bad, although there is no dry and wet separation, it is clean. We checked in very late in the morning, so we didn't want to change rooms and just settled for one night. However, the hotel actually reminded me to check out at 12:00 at 11:30 in the morning. There were many people checking in later. Normal hotels can check out at 2:00. After checking out, I was quite speechless.

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
