All the staff members were incredibly friendly. If you ever needed assistance, they were always ready to go the extra mile to help. The location is excellent, with convenient transport links nearby. There's also a pizza place and a convenience store on the ground floor. Korean Street is just a 5-minute walk away. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. I had booked a small room, but I believe they assigned me a slightly larger one, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

This time, I brought my family to Guangzhou. I was very pleased to have a triple room, which made it convenient for looking after our elderly family members. They even provided earplugs due to a small construction project next door, but it wasn't noisy at all, and we didn't end up using them. The hotel was very clean, and the surrounding area offered convenient options for dining, drinks, and transportation.

A little bit disappointed, the price is not so cheap, but compare another 4 stars hotel, it's not worth. Overall is not good enough. If u bring alot of luggage, better don't book this hotel, because the subway Station (永泰站） exit B2, don't have lift & escalator, only staircase, so how to bring the heavy luggage. Then need to walk around 10 -15 mins. But near BaiYun airport, take taxi only 25 mins can arrive.

It's a really great hotel. The front desk staff are very warm and considerate. They helped me mail several packages. I will stay here again when I come to Guangzhou next time. Thank you again.

Location is great, whether to town or airport, pretty convenient. Room in level 3 is simply wonderful, though there’s no scenery outside the window, who cares. Won’t regret. Will stay here again whenever come by.

I was attending a concert nearby and booked a few nights in advance. I saw this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness. It was truly excellent. The security was also good, considering I was traveling alone. The breakfast was also varied, with Chinese and Western options, and I even made a homemade sandwich. I'll definitely stay here again!

This is the second time I stayed here and I will continue to book this hotel. The price is low and the buffet breakfast is good. The staff is friendly to foreigners.

Design of the hotel room spacing is not thoughtful, big toilet space but did not install hanging facilities for guests to hang towels/clothing. Big room space but not even a simple open concept hanging wardrobe could be found, except 4 hanging hook on the wall. Not a very thoughful design. Hotel located near local residential which many local eateries for meals are available, right downstairs of the hotel, also a wet market available. Walking within distance 450-500mtr there are hair salon, massage, restaurant all around. Take note that hotel is mix-development establishment hence lift are sharing with some commercial offices.

We stayed in Guangzhou for four days. After staying for one night, we did not change to other hotels as planned. We stayed for another three nights. The hotel facilities are new and large. It offers free airport pick-up and drop-off. It is a few hundred meters away from Renhe subway station. We especially thank the female employee with glasses on duty at the front desk on the evening of April 30 for her professionalism and enthusiasm. Not only did she arrange airport pick-up for us when our flight was delayed until more than four in the morning, but she also thoughtfully replaced and upgraded the room and gave breakfast to the children. With her meticulous and warm service, she has added luster to the reputation of Wyndham Hotel and the image of a civilized window in Guangzhou! Please analyze the negative comments of other individual guests rationally. We will stay again next time!
