Gu＇an Hotels with Gym

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. I chose this hotel after reading reviews on the Internet for accompanying my children. There are pharmacies and milk tea shops nearby. There is also a local market not far away. Shopping is very convenient. The most important thing is that this hotel is close to the busiest night market. The distance is just right, you can't hear the noise and can be reached within ten minutes of walking. It's perfect.

This price/performance ratio really surprised me. It was originally set casually. I didn't expect it to be so good. The room was large and the health was very good. Especially the front desk manager Miss Sister, the service is super good, patient, and still work. Downstairs is the shopping mall, eating and shopping are very convenient, go anywhere is close, super recommended, but I am afraid that it will be too hot to book a room next time. Hahahaha.

I have been there many times. The room is very good. It is very big. It is very comfortable for two people to live in. The cleaning is also very timely. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. I hope that we can be upgraded to a free room type next time. Hahahaha

I came here for the second time. I highly recommend it. This time I drove here to soak in the hot spring after dinner after work on Friday. It took more than 40 minutes to drive from Beijing Tiangongyuan to the Jingkai Expressway. It was very convenient to get there after getting off the expressway. The hotel is very large and parking is convenient. Although it was Friday, it was almost full when I arrived. The hotel is very large, like a palace, but the design is reasonable, the road signs are clear, and you won't get lost. There is an elevator upstairs. The room is spacious and bright, and the room is square. I especially like the bathroom design. It is very large and has a lot of places to put clothes. The private hot spring pool is in the bathroom, which is very convenient. The hot spring pool has a blue small tile inner wall, which is very clean. Cold and hot water can be put at any time, unlimited. The water temperature is very good and it is comfortable to soak. There is a TV in the hot spring, and you can watch TV while soaking. The breakfast is rich, Chinese style, and there are more noodles. The room service is very good, especially Cui Cuiping who served us this time. She is very enthusiastic and efficient. Many room problems were quickly solved by her. Full marks for service! The not-so-good thing is that some of the facilities in the room are relatively old, the bathroom exhaust fan does not seem to work, and the TV picture is not clear. But overall it is very good, cost-effective, and I will come again.

This hotel is in the core area of ​​Gu'an. The hotel is very new and the hardware is great! There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel has an underground parking lot with plenty of parking spaces and convenient transportation. The lady at the front desk who checked in was very nice. There were free drinks and tea bags in the lobby, and the environment was pretty good.

This hotel just opened, especially satisfied, this hotel service is warm, talking and communicating is very kind, smiling, the room is cleaned, the facilities are complete, this hotel is very good! Worth choosing!
