Les prestations de l’hôtel sont très bonnes. Les chambres propres et spacieuses. Rien à redire. Malheureusement l’accueil a été déplorable. La mauvaise volonté de la personne à la réception a été spectaculaire. Refus de mettre une bouteille au frais, de prêter un fer à repasser et accueil glacial. C’est vraiment dommage.

What an amazing stay at the Bellerive. spacious rooms, comfy bed , fab views , plentyful breakfast & great coffee. Lovely owner, she can’t do enough for you very friendly and welcoming. Really great value for money. Thank you. Sarah

Hôtel correct pour 250.- Chambre propre, petit déjeuner très très pauvre, c’est dommage. Bon rapport qualité prix. Par contre, dame à l’accueil (sexagénaire) très mal poli et froide. Elle devrait laisser sa place à qqun avec plus d’empathie
