Another amazing stay in Gstaad
Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.

We had a wonderful and perfect stay in this one of its kind Palace Hotel! In particular, we loved the ‚ Le Grand Hall’ and the cosy rooms! In addition, all staff members were very friendly and professional and we very much appreciated the room upgrade and the Champagne! Therefore, we highly recommend this Hotel to any potential and future guests!

This is without a doubt the greatest hotel in the world. The hotel itself is unbelievable - rooms and facilities are renovated basically every off-season, the spa is spectacular, and the restaurants are gorgeous. I have only had world-class meals from breakfast all the way to dinner. What really makes the palace stand out, though, is the staff - they are the most attentive, caring and kind hotel staff I have ever encountered and go out of their way at every opportunity to go above and beyond for each guest. Nothing compares to this hotel - speaking as someone who has traveled the world staying in high end hotels, this has redefined what a luxury hotel can be.

La référence ultime, l’excellence à tous les niveaux, un soin du détail poussé à l’extrême, rien n’est oublié, et rien n’est laissé au hasard. L’alliance du luxe absolu et de la convivialité : tout est chaleureux, de la chambre au lobby, en passant par le personnel, toujours bienveillant et aux petits soins. On se sent à la fois à la maison et hors du temps… c’est juste magique !

Unbelievable service. There were so many staff and every single one knew our names even though we only stayed 2 nights. The food was great (albeit very expensive), the spa unbelievable and the bar was lovely. Shame about the weather - it rained both days.

Hervorragend Aufenthalt, von der Anreise bis zu Abreise alles perfekt. Cocktails an der Bar hervorragend, Speisen im Grill top, Weinauswahl hervorragend - Top Weine mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, man könnte jedoch auch ein kleines Vermögen ausgeben, wenn man möchte. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Sociando Mallet 2009 für einen tollen Preis. Qualtität der Speisen hervorragend, Service lässt keine Wünsche offen - Aufmerksam und diskreter. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns bereits jetzt auf den nächsten Aufenthatl.
