Super accueil les chambres sont très bien agencées avec une excellente literie La situation très tranquille .Le restaurant excellent. Avec une formule menu du jour aussi bien à midi que le soir et avec possibilité d'avoir soit 1/2 portion ou la portion normale. Excellent rapport qualité /prix.

We stayed at one of the apartments and loved everything about it. The hotel treats guests in a special way; the spa, the food, the kindness of employees, all are great. The hotel is located in a quiet street with good parking and close to hiking routes. We will go back to this hotel soon.

Un hôtel magnifique, tout est parfait de l'accueil des propriétaires chaleureux aux aménagement des chambres, du restaurant, du SPA, du jardin. Salles de bain super moderne. Petit déjeuner complet et exquis, terrasse et véranda très plaisantes. Choix des menus excellents Une expérience à renouveler.

WOHLFÜHLOASE: Top Qualität: Frische des Frühstückes. Hervorragende Speise- und Weinkarte, gemütlicher, offener Pizza-Holzofen, Kuschliger Aussenbereich, direkt an der vorbeifliessenden Saane. Dank der ruhigen Lage und den grossen, bequemen Betten fühlt man sich ausgeruht. Viele Freizeitattraktivitäten, z.T kostenlos. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nicht abgehobene, sondern freundlich-familiäre und persönliche Betreuung wird erbracht. Eingebettet in die schöne, sattgrüne, bäuerliche Hügellandschaft, mit Blick auf die verschneiten, hochalpinen Berge. Eggli-Bahnen sind gleich nebenan. Sich nach einer Wanderung in der sehr abwechslungsreichen Naturlandschaft am Kaminfeuer einen Apero gönnen. Genuss pur. SEHR zu empfehlen!

We have not stayed in the hotel, but dined in the restaurant. We have been coming to Gstaad for more than 40 years now and from time to time we have dinner at Arc-en-ciel. The food itself was good, but the service is a disaster. It started when we politely asked for another table because it was very warm where we were seated. The managers spoke "too warm, too cold, it is never good". That's not exactly what I expect if I ask like that. On the menu it clearly indicates that the dishes come with a choice of fries, rice or rosti AND vegetables. The vegetables were not there, so we asked them, thinking they were forgotten. However on the invoice they had added it as "extra" and charged, whereas it was clearly on the menu. The most annoying thing however was the toblerone mousse which they charged for a higher price than what is indicated on the menu. In proper English one would call that "cheating". We will think again before visiting the restaurant of Arc-en-Ciel again. There dozens of other restaurants in the area where service is much better.

This by far has been our best experience in staying at Hotel’s in Europe. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was kept ready with rose petal’s like for honeymooners . We were initially bit apprehensive obout the Swiss hospitality at hotels, specially toward Indians but here at the hotel we were well received and welcomed. The Hotel also arranged for our pick up and drop from nearest Gstaad station. The hotel is owned by a family and we met one of the finest and amazing owners: Amina & Tim. They hosted us in evening for snacks and drinks and really took good care of us. Highly recommend property and amazing place where most of the DDLJ movie was shot. The location is excellent almost walking distance to the Promenade ( Town market), bus stops and railway station
