Not so great…stay at Huus if you can
It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price

Espetacular ! Os funcionários ótimos , o quarto . Já na sua diária está incluso o aluguel de equipamento de esqui . Hotel fantástico ! Ao ladode uma das estações de esqui da região ( não é a melhor ) a melhor é sannemmoser mas que fica a 10 min de carro. Lugar incrível , vamos voltar com certeza . Restaurante do hotel fantástico ! Adoramos tudo!

Great location and service
We stayed in Gstaad for five nights before spending a few more in Zurich. We absolutely loved our time in Gstaad. We came for the skiing and we will certainly be back. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. It was also a surprise, but highly pleasant that the ski rentals for my wife and I were included in the cost of the stay and the ski shop is right across the street. This hotel is perfectly located at the base of the Eggli lift giving access to this half of the mountain. The other half is a short train/taxi away. The hotel is also walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Tivemos um pequeno problema no check in pois nos colocaram em um quarto que haveria a necessidade de troca durante o periodo da estadia sem oferecer uma opção de contorno o que nos deixou bem insatisfeitos. Porem, a situação foi muito bem resolvida no dia seguinte pelo gerente José o que fica os nossos parabens pelos seus serviços de excelencia, assim como os funcionários Alice e Axel. A Alice é o máximo no cafe da manhã e o Axel no jantar. Aliás, o restaurante do hotel tem uma comida divina.
