Trip.com heeft bedroevende service geleverd. Ik had een NH hotel in Groningen geboekt. Daar aangekomen werd mij bij het hotel verteld dat ik was omgeboekt naar een ander hotel omdat hotel de vill was verkocht. Voor zover ik weet heeft trip.com geen enkele moeite gedaan om mij te waarschuwen... Trip.com: bedroevend/slecht NH hotel: prima (als compensatie ontbijt gratis)

Overall it's good, but the room is too small, can't even fit a suitcase. The environment is okay, the parking lot is charged, it would be better if it could be free, I actually left my things in the refrigerator and forgot to take them.

Breakfast 19 euros, 17 euros in advance, good location, 10 minutes walk from the city center, the only drawback is that wifi is not good, special card and slow, can not download and upload photos. Special praise for Ctrip.com's overseas booking is quite good, the price is reasonable, and the customer service is particularly eager to deal with it.

Groningen highly recommended! I can't help but praise those who rarely comment. The location is good in the core of the city. The service is good and the handsome guys are beautiful. The hardware is new and modern! recommend!
