Parking is free of charge and from Friday to Sundays you can use the shuttle service to the city centre, which is also free of charge. The hotel has 121 rooms, a large number of which have a view of lake Hoornsemeer. The lake is a wonderful place for cycling and walking; the hotel offers bicycle hire and maps of walking routes are available. After a good walk or bike ride you can enjoy the hotel’s pool, leaving you fully refreshed for a special culinary dinner in restaurant Meerwold.

Despite this hotel is a bit far from the city, it has given us the farm staycation vibe that we need. The room is huge! We selected Executive King with view. And yes the view is just breathtaking 🤩 there are two types of view; Sunrise (facing road and greeneries) and Sunset (facing lake) both are equally amazing! Also bustop is just outside abt 10 mins walk to bring you to the central. The plus point here is there’s a huge lake and a green landscape where you can just take a stroll or rent a bike at the hotel. Not forgetting the indoor swimming pool!Highly recommended for those needed a relax vacation ❤️

Daar aangekomen werd mij bij het hotel verteld dat ik was omgeboekt naar een ander hotel omdat hotel de vill was verkocht. Voor zover ik weet heeft trip.com geen enkele moeite gedaan om mij te waarschuwen...

LLUNHUIBreakfast 19 euros, 17 euros in advance, good location, 10 minutes walk from the city center, the only drawback is that wifi is not good, special card and slow, can not download and upload photos. Special praise for Ctrip.com's overseas booking is quite good, the price is reasonable, and the customer service is particularly eager to deal with it.

Located close to the city centre, which makes you not need to walk far to go to eat and drink without having to take the car.
You can still sit on the bar and on the open shed at night.
The bedrooms are clean and clean.
Breakfast is not a luxury breakfast buffet but I don't think you're hungry from the table even if you're choosing, I've experienced worse. But their breakfast is surely careful and fresh.
The check was also very nice and friendly.

HhkdaytripperGood location, there is a supermarket nearby. Groningen itself is not big, so it is not too far from the city. The interior is clean and the service attitude is good. Book a double room, there is actually a small bed.
