這家酒店很不錯，在半山上，比路邊的酒店更安靜舒服。房間直面山峯。有自己停車場，早餐可以吃到11點，品種算多，有熱吃。退房後繼續停到下午遊玩完畢才開走也沒問題。服務人員都很熱情。房間有拖鞋，質量還很好，minibar全免費，有健身房和spa.

這次定的是雙卧室套房，實際就是走廊到底的兩個房間，外面加裝一個門，房間一般，酒店地理位置在山坡上，每次出去回來都要爬坡或者走樓梯，年紀大的慎重，然後房間景色也不如預期，前方其他酒店遮擋明顯，最後一天早飯後和前台確認下午13：00退房，但是等我們12：30左右回到房間的時候，發現大門敞開，保潔人員已經把我們所有的行李物品都堆放在房間門口，在我們提出質疑後也是一臉無所謂，意思前台並未告知，溝通極其混亂，這個事情讓人匪夷所思，退房時在前台進行了投訴，反饋也是毫無誠意，總體體驗感不好，不值這個價格，格林德瓦酒店眾多，相信同價位也有更好的選擇，如果一定要住，記得事先聯繫酒店，入住和退房可以預約車輛接送來回酒店和火車站，酒店離火車站較遠步行10-15分鐘，距離first山纜車很近步行5分鐘

格林德瓦小鎮上的一家酒店，離纜車站超級近，酒店大堂、酒吧、餐廳晚上氛圍很棒，房間沒預期的好，有自己的停車庫，很方便。

頂樓套房實際就是閣樓 非常壓抑 且空調毫無作用 夏天十分悶熱 甚至面向隔壁酒店 沒有一點私隱性 看不到一點山景 工作人員前台態度一般 想要礦泉水都被陰陽了一番
