Berghotel Grosse Scheidegg

Accueil déplorable et refus d'accès à un couple de randonneurs arrivant à midi sous la pluie battante, après 4h de marche, demandant si moyennant consommation, ils pouvaient prendre leur pic nic à l'abri de la pluie, le restaurant était vide. Honte à eux.

Unfortunately we felt anything but welcome. The innkeeper couple was very unfriendly. There wasn't a huge crowd, so at least I would have been understanding. It's a shame, as the catering industry suffered a lot during the pandemic. It would therefore be desirable for people to feel welcome. At least we were rewarded with the great view and the staff at Self was very friendly.
