Hotel location is great, just less than 5minutes walking to train station (Grindelwald). Spent some some time at the rooftop relax area and enjoy the mountain view.

Overall it's still a bit expensive, but there's nothing you can do about it. They're all expensive🥹 Actually, the ones next to it are over 1,000. 23333
I think a budget of 2,000 per night for Swiss Hotel is more appropriate

The hotel is in a good location, the Swiss Hotel is cleaner, the only downside is that the room is relatively small, but the scenery outside is really unbeatable, and it is also very convenient to go to the Jungfrau, you can even walk to the cable car station!

All the staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. Got upgraded to an apartment which was really suitable for a family or group of 5. Unfortunately, this apartment though we'll equipped, didn't come with much of a view. Really convenient as the train station is just 200m from the hotel. The restaurant served a lovely dinner.

The thief in this hotel is so scary! He was very deliberate in stealing things and it was hard to detect. He took a lot of my new branded things during breakfast. He took some pounds and euros from my wallet. He didn't take the Swiss currency, so I didn't realize my things were missing until 2 days later! Including Chanel jewelry and Dior and all kinds of things.
