Room 9 is across the road from the beach. The room is very nice, clean and tidy. It has a kitchen with complete utensils. It is a very cozy little house.

We liked the cabin we stayed in. Front view of water. It was my husband , son 14, and me. I would say this cabin is perfect for a couple. But we made it work with 3 using the pull out couch. It was nice having the cook top although we had trouble getting the invection off so burnt a few things. ( An instruction booklet would have been a good idea) we liked the nearby restaurant Brynaghns, excellent soup and fish an chips. A must go! Papa's was very good also. The volcano is nearby as is Blue lagoon. We stayed 5 nights. Tip: use rolled up towel Infront of shower so floor does not get wet. All in all a nice stay. Sheep near by also, you can watch them run around.

This is a small fishing town. We enjoyed the cottages they had some issues: heat would not turn off, door lock didn’t work well, and a window latch didn’t work. Also I would have expected minimal cable channels but it wasn’t active.

Perfect little cottage
This little cottage was perfect for my husband, teenage daughter and me. So clean, well appointed. We loved it. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Perfect for our first night in Iceland.
