The Pelican Hotel Cantonments Accra

The complimentary airport pick/drop off by the hotel is very comfortable, cars are new and comfortable. Hotel is just 10 mins from the airport. The hotel ambience is beautiful and the staff members are warm and nice. The cuisine is lovely and the management is very accommodating, had a special menu curated for me for a small party of 15.

We stayed in an executive suite which was huge! The hotel is brand new and was still in soft opening phase. The staff were friendly and welcoming always looking to assist us at every turn. The bed was super comfortable, with the suite having another fold down single bed in the study area to accommodate our son. The room being an apartment type room would be great for an extended stay, there was an area for a washer/dryer but am unsure if they will be putting one in. Our room was on the front of the hotel and there was some traffic noise, however it did not disturb our sleep at all. We used the airport shuttle upon leaving and the car and driver were both lovely. The hotel staff went above and beyond when some important documents were found in our room while we were in transit to the airport. They were rushed to us by the driver who ran into the airport catching my husband moments before he entered immigration. This showed exceptional teamwork and fast thinking of the staff. I would happily stay here again if I had the chance to visit Accra another time.
