Good food although a little overpriced. Too many dogs allowed in restaurant. Not nice, especially when they all started barking at each other! A restaurant is for people not dogs! Quite an isolated situation but a pretty farm in quiet countryside on lakeside of lake Como

Dovevo andare con mio marito e mio figlio per il ponte di fine maggio, non ho avuto neanche modo di poterci andare in quanto ho prenotato l ultima camera rimasta, ho versato la caparra chiesta nello stesso giorno, e il giorno dopo mi viene detto che nel mentre aspettavano il mio pagamento hanno dato la camera ad altre persone... senza neanche scusarsi per l inconveniente, anzi volevano ancora avere ragione loro, in quanto mi dicono che hanno fatto la richiesta della caparra in tarda mattinata, e SOLO alla sera l hanno ricevuta. Di solito quando il cliente conferma la camera, la dovrebbero bloccare e si dovrebbe dare il tempo di inviare i soldi... non è modo.. L errore può succedere( anche se è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere), ma credo sia fondamentale sapersi comportare e trovare una soluzione, qua c è stato il disinteresse più totale da parte della struttura. Come detto anche a loro.. troverò un' altra soluzione sicuramente migliore.

Ambiente rustico , pulito . Mantiene la tradizione di un agriturismo ma i prezzi troppo alti rispetto a quello che offre. La piscina non è fruibile nei mesi primaverili perché l'acqua è fredda. Il Centro Benessere molto limitato e a pagamento.... Il ristorante ottimo ma troppo caro pe i clienti che soggiornano. Dovrebbe offrire prezzi più bassi per loro. I cani dovrebbero essere esclusi nello spazio ristorante.

Praktische Zimmer für Familien in unmittelbarer grüner Umgebung (die allerdings wiederum am Rande eines kleinen Gewerbegebiets liegt), in der Nähe des Comer Sees. Sehr nette, sehr hilfsbereite Leute, gutes Restaurant im Haus.
Für zwei, drei Nächte sind die Zimmer sicherlich absolut okay, für länger wären sie mir persönlich zu klein. Einziger wirklicher Minuspunkt ist, dass es doch sehr hellhörig ist. Das schreiende Baby im Nachbarzimmer machte eine erholsame Nacht schwierig.

Wir waren (leider) nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft.
Es war der perfekte Aufenthalt. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren fabelhaft, die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs tat sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und die Aussicht spricht für sich. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Comer See. Es ist wirklich wundervoll.

Cleaning worked well, breakfast was good, service at breakfast was friendly, good and fast. Overall I liked ca de lago a lot. Friendly environment!
