All environments are spacious and comfortable, including the bedroom. The location is privileged, with views of the lake and the peninsula on all sides. The entire team was very friendly and welcoming… we felt at home! The complimentary breakfast is just perfect.

We have stayed here a couple of times in the past couple of years. Each time we have had good stays. This time was no exception. Our check in was fast and efficient. This time was different for us for this stay because we were traveling with our dog. This is a dog friendly hotel and has specific dog friendly rooms. Our room was clean, comfortable with wood floors with a microwave and refrigerator on the first floor. It smelled fresh and clean as well. We definitely will continue to stay at this hotel in Traverse City when we come into town because it is in a good location, clean, comfortable, affordable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff, amenities & room. The front desk staff (2 ladies) made our stay incredibly nice. Housekeeping staff is friendly & efficient. Pool & laundry facilities are fantastic. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Michigan
