Hotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom

The website made it look like the restaurant/bar was open for all meals not just breakfast. Bathroom was very small and the tub and sink were both clogged up.

Me and my husband were in this hotel 1 night, they changed us 50 dollars for incident fees,it's normal,it's everywhere, but 10 days letter we still don't have our money back, I called to hotel 3 times and this situation still the same....So I would like to hear call from the customer service of this hotel and to get my money back! Because for now it's looking like a fraud 😒 I don't recommend this place for anyone!!!

Under new ownership, making nice improvements. Large and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Awesome patio on the river with cool views. Great location, quick Uber ride to everything you want to do in GR.

Caution: stay here at your own risk!! I wish I could give this a ZERO or negative rating! Worst hotel stay and experience I’ve ever had! Hotel was run down, dirty and disgusting! Property does not look like pictures on website; the website is very deceiving! Check in was a nightmare with incompetent staff and very unaccommodating & rude management! They made us wait to go to room after checking in stating it was still being cleaned, we were told they would call us when it was ready. After waiting a long time with no call, we wired in a very long line of people waiting to check in. Only 1 staff member was checking in while the manager texted on his phone. When we checked on the room we were waiting for, we were told they gave away my daughter’s room to someone else AFTER checking her in to it! Then they assigned a different room that caused our party to be split on 2 floors instead of the rooms we were promised on the same floor. When I asked to be moved to the same floor as our other party, I was told it could be done with management approval. I was told to come to the front desk. I was ingnored by the manager when I came to the front desk and he decided to text on his phone and would not acknowledge me. Then he refused to approve the room move and assigned someone else a room on that floor as I stood at the desk and heard him do it! He then told me they were fully booked and there was nothing he could do. He refused to make any accommodations due to their mistake of giving away our originally assigned room! He was extremely rude when I asked how they were going to rectify their mistake and just said “it’s human error and you need to understand that and there is nothing we can do now.” The hotel restaurant and bar that was advertised on the website was shut down with no explanation. No food, drinks or even breakfast was served. They only offered over-priced frozen and reheated “breakfast sandwiches” and coffee in the morning. I asked for a water as it was shown as an option on the “menu” only to be told “we don’t have any water”. When I pointed out that it was on the menu, I was brought a warm water in a plastic disposable cup from the back “kitchen” area! Only 1 very run down, small, dirty elevator was working and had to shared with staff and cleaning crew. It was so bad and slow that we used the stairs and just went up and down 5-6 floors to our rooms. The flow in the dark tape that was supposed to be on the rails and steps was peeled off and on the floor. Hazardous stairwell. There was a smear of blood in the elevator that was never cleaned off the wall while we stayed there. The carpets were filthy. The entire establishment smelled bad. There are only 3 ice makers in the hotel for 7 floors and at least 1 of them was broken. So we had to go up and down the stairs to a different t floor any time we needed ice! Horrible experience. Booked a room a month in advance for a concert, arrived at check in time to find a lobby full of people and was told WiFi is down and they can’t check anyone in. I walked up to the desk, where two workers were standing and was completely ignored for 10-15. My friend and I had dinner reservations so we got ready in our car and went to dinner and the concert. I called a few times to see if WiFi was up with no answer. After concert was over we went to the hotel to find out they gave our room to someone else. There was a lobby full of people who were all in the same boat as us, had paid for rooms only to have them given away to people who didn’t book in advance due to Wifi being down. Management will not return my calls or issue a refund. Had to sleep in our car!

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews. Especially before I even leave the place. I am heavily disappointed in the quality of this hotel, for the price we paid. $171 for a room that looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in years. It looks like they took a Lysol wipe and barely even surfaced cleaned the room. The photos of this hotel are very deciving in my opinion. I guess I should have read the reviews.

Stayed here this past weekend 4/11 to 4/13 and this has been one of the worst hotels that we have ever been to, upon check in we found out the pool with be closed the entire weekend which is one of the only reasons why we stayed here for our kids to swim it wasnt posted on your site to let us know ahead of time (We traveled over 2 hours for an event) otherwise we wouldnt of came here if it was, than the smell in lobby was unpleasant when checking in, Went to take a shower and had dirty towels with black streaks all over them so i went and exchanged them for clean, NO HOT WATER!!!! ran the water for a few minutes and still no hot water went back down to the front desk and spoke to someone behind front desk wearing a hoodie wasnt sure if he even worked there but he was behind the desk and i told him we had no hot water, he was a little rude asking how long i ran the water, so i told him and he told me i need to run the water at least 10 minutes!!!! Was told the water overflows from the other tank, if it still doesnt work he can move me rooms but i dont understand how that would help if its still the same tank!!! We also put a DO NOT DISTURB on our door and still housekeeping went in our room and cleaned it, We work hard for our money to be able to go out of town and suppose to enjoy our stay but it turned into a nightmare!!! I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and was given a run around and only a card with his information, i tried calling a few times to the number once being hung up on! So i proceeded to email in hopes it reached the manager and no response or anything!! I will let everyone know never to waste there time or hard earned money on staying at this hotel!!
