Clarion Inn Grand Junction Airport

We stay here when in the area. It has a great location near the airport and I70. Plenty of dining and gas stations around. It’s not the newest looking hotel, but for the price you can’t beat it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of secure doors so you can park pretty close to your room. Breakfast is good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, potato, cereal, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee. The hotel has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Each pool also has its own whirlpool. There are also pool tables. Nice atrium area with seating near the indoor pool/ breakfast area. Only downfall is the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be able to keep up all that well. It’s not warm in the room, but it really just never gets as cool as we like it. The last few times we’ve stayed in a bigger room and I thought that was why. This time we had a normal 2 bed room and it stays a little stuffy for us.

hotel is easy to find. staff was nice and respectful. hotel was clean. we have stayed here several times. easy check in and out. beds were comfortable. pillows were good. breakfast was good. a nice little assortment. plenty of seating.

Our stay was average- no complaints. We left an expensive item after checking out- a box three feet long. When we called back that evening we were told the item was gone. Management will not respond to our calls. There was no apology, no reassurance that the theft will be investigated. We will not stay here again.

We stayed here over the weekend for a large, last minute family gathering. From the very beginning, from organizing to adapting, the staff at the Clarion were so accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean (always a priority of mine) and comfortable. The manager, Tracey, took the time to help us get everything organized and even helped up find an additional meeting space after we got there. Mikayla at the front desk was helpful during check-in helping us to facilitate room assignments near each other. And Glenda kept the breakfast area nice and clean every day. There was always a variety of choices for all of the dietary needs of our large family. There was a power outage in the area, but the hotel generator had plenty of lighting so we were not left completely in the dark. There was even enough light in the atrium that we did not notice when the power came back on at first. The staff was circulating the hotel keeping guests informed on the status of the outage and asking if we needed anything to make us more comfortable. The atrium gathering area was great for our family to congregate in so we were not all trying to cram in each other's rooms. There were plenty of seating areas for various groups to visit in. Overall, we had a great visit and will be staying here again if we are ever back in Junction!

If you dont have to go dont When you go you have to pay an extra $ 50 for something for incidentials but after a week they still dont give it back when they say they will after checking the room you stayed in. I would say that they lie since I know for a fact that I left the room really clean and because only slept there and left early
