I had a King bedroom on the third floor and it was very quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean and inviting and the bed was very comfortable. My Uber driver pulled right up to the Main St. entrance. Breakfast consisted of both hot/cold items and was well-stocked. The staff was incredibly accommodating and nice when I was faced with a late train departure. A lot of shops are within walking distance and it's only a short walk to the Amtrak station. My only complaint is that they don't have room darkening curtains. My room faced the parking lot behind the hotel which was literally lit up like a football stadium all night long. Other than that, I had no issues and would stay here again as long as I have a sleep mask to block out the light.

this is the worse Hampton inn we stayed at on our long vacation the whole hotel is weird you don't know where the main entrance is and you enter through a parking lot and go down a hallway and the elevator is hidden we woke up at 6:30 went down to breakfast and there is nothing everything was gone.

Nice location with restaurants a reasonable distance from the hotel. Hotel ($205) is clean but older and our room was very nice. A/C worked well and wasn't loud or blew directly on you. Parking fee is $11 and it was in the back of the hotel both covered and uncovered available.

We came into town after driving from Las Vegas. We stopped here just for one night since we are doing a road trip. The rooms was dated and the hotel itself seems old. For the most part it was clean. Had an issue with the bed sheets but they addressed it immediately. I personally wouldn’t stay more than one night here. Only because it is so small and kinda old. To be fair all the hotels surrounding it looked rough. I will say the location is great if you are wanting to visit the Colorado national park. So that was a plus for us.

This is the most bizarre Hampton Inn I've seen. You enter the parking area through an unmarked alley and walk through a locked blue door and down a dingy hallway to the front desk. There's an 11 dollar fee per night for parking. I asked for a mobility access room and got one. The toilet has handbars, and that's it. No handheld shower and no tub bench. When we asked at the front desk for a tub bench she checked and said they didn't have any. Also, in the parking garage, there is only one handicapped spot adjacent to two Diamond member spots. It is just a normal narrow spot with a sign closest to the blue door. Forget it if you need a side ramp. Otherwise, the room is nice, and that's the only reason I gave it two stars. Avoid this place if you have mobility needs.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel. After driving 10 hours, we just wanted a place to sleep. Instead we are dealing with people running in the room and hallway above our room. The noise and walls shaking insane but what is worse is how rude Ashley (front desk person) has been. We called 4 times over 2 hours with absolutely no assistance from her. She said all she could do is send someone up to find out where the noise is coming from. She is not able to ask this person if they actually spoke with someone. Her reward that we could talk with a manager tomorrow. She lacks any resemblance of customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay at any hotel EXCEPT this one!!!!

Had one night here while on a mini vacation. The location is ideal for the historic Main Street / Downtown area of Grand Junction. It’s also very walkable from the Amtrak depot given that we’d arrived by train. We were able to get both an early check-in and late check-out which were very much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and recognised my Diamond status. We had a study room on the 3rd floor which was nicely tucked away and quiet. Only downside was that the bed was perhaps a little hard for our liking but that’s just a personal preference. We would definitely stay again.

We love the accomodations - the bed was comfortable and the ADA acessible bathroom/tub were apppreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also like the location.

The hotel is located in a good location. Parking was good. The room was quiet and clean. The hotel was convenient for all our purposes. You will get your typical Hilton service. Served all our needs for the one night traveling farther west.
