This is the most bizarre Hampton Inn I've seen. You enter the parking area through an unmarked alley and walk through a locked blue door and down a dingy hallway to the front desk. There's an 11 dollar fee per night for parking. I asked for a mobility access room and got one. The toilet has handbars, and that's it. No handheld shower and no tub bench. When we asked at the front desk for a tub bench she checked and said they didn't have any. Also, in the parking garage, there is only one handicapped spot adjacent to two Diamond member spots. It is just a normal narrow spot with a sign closest to the blue door. Forget it if you need a side ramp. Otherwise, the room is nice, and that's the only reason I gave it two stars. Avoid this place if you have mobility needs.
