Air conditioner was at 89 and took 6 hours before it got down to 72 so a little uncomfortable to deal with.

Bugs in room, very noisy due to being against the highway. Hotel is dated and needs some TLC. Motorcycle parking at front doors limits access and trash cans at the doors are not useable as they need emptied. Out dated TV and cable service. The cable service is basic and you don't get any movies or good channels.

We stopped on our way back from Moab as we were spending a couple days in Grand Junction. While it looks like a newer Holiday Inn from the parking lot and even in the lobby the rooms are at least five years overdue for an exhaustive renovation. We booked a suite. If this is the condition of your best and most expensive rooms, what is the condition of your worst and cheapest rooms? The carpet was filthy and stained. Pretty much all of the furniture was heavily damaged. The TV was probably 15 years old and didn't even reliably work. The Motel 6 is probably newer and in better condition at a much cheaper price than the Holiday Inn.

Stayed just one night here on the way back from the Utah national parks, and before flying out of GJT. Check-in was smooth, and greeted with a friendly employee. My status with IHG was acknowledged and they asked which benefit I’d like - chose points. We received a suite room, and bed was comfortable. Couches in sitting area didn’t look very clean. We went down to grab a beverage from the restaurant but they’d closed early for the night. We requested extra towels, pillows, and a blanket and those were delivered quickly.

This is a dated hotel, needing an update. We had a room on the highway side- and you hear the traffic all night like your windows are open. Bathroom is in need of renovation, as caulking is bad and looks very old. There is no breakfast, and the room rate is the same or more than hotels that give you breakfast. We paid $248 for a double queen! I know they upcharge on friday nights, but geez that’s a bit high.( But it was late and we needed to stop driving.). I paid less for hotels in California! The beds are new, and room amenities are nice. But I wouldn’t stay here again.
