Inn on Lake Granbury

So I wasn't expecting to be writing this review this month. My husband and I were supposed to be traveling to the UK but cancer on two continents and one resulting death meant our very anticipated trip needed to be cancelled and we needed a last minute get away. I usually pre-review the heck out of things for any trip, but we picked this Inn somewhat on a whim and at the last minute. We wanted high quality, water (pool and lake in this case), peace and quiet to recover and process the last few weeks (i.e., no children), and good food options. WOW - did Cooper and his team deliver. Our room was so very lovely (Rio Vista) and everything is so professionally run and clean. The pool was a quiet sanctuary and breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the 5pm wine and basically got our feet back under us during our stay. The staff are kind and on top of everything; really every small detail has been taken care of including texts that ask when you would like your room cleaned. I wish this B&B was closer to us, but we will be back. I'd give this place 10* if I could. I am so grateful for our three nights of sanctuary after several really awful weeks. Stay here and eat dinner at Christina's which is walking distance if you can.

Great property and beautiful location on the lake. They serve wine and Hors d’oeuvres in the evening which is nice, we sat in anirondack chairs by the lake watching the boats cruising by sipping our wine. The grounds are beautiful including a butterfly garden. Our room was well appointed and clean on arrival. The new Owner greeted us at check in and showed us all the amenities of the facility. Breakfast was included and it was delicious with good service. We have a Tesla and this property have Both Tesla and non Tesla EV chargers which is a real plus. Will stay here again.

Me And My Husband Loved It At This Beautiful Granbury Inn. We Went For Our Anniversary And We Couldn't Have Stayed At A Better Place! The Staff And Room Was Awesome!! The Only Thing I Wound Suggested Is Tigher Fitting Sheets On The Beds!! Otherwise Everything Was Wonderful! The Grounds Are Just Gorgeous! No Bugs Especially Mosquitoes Flying Around Annoying Us While We Enjoyed Sitting Out On The Beautiful Grounds By The Water. We'll Definitely Return Next Year! We came to this little gem for our 40th wedding anniversary. I can’t even tell you how lovely it is. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast served each morning was delicious. But above all, the owners and employees are so nice and made sure our stay was perfect. You can add on packages to your stay which was so convenient. We did in room massages which were very nice. Will come back.

We had an elopement at the Inn. The detail and staff and management are one of a kind! LOVED our visit here and definitely will make it a repeat experience. The fresh flowers, the food, everything was phenomenal. Don’t sleep on this experience. You will not regret it!

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay!! The staff is welcoming from the beginning. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the afternoon appetizers were always a nice treat. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful room was well furnished. We were in Lake Loft 2 and had a lovely sitting area upstairs. Balcony had a nice lake view through the trees. Service was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. It exceeded all of our expectations! We will definitely return!

A beautiful water front getaway. Lush grounds and so peaceful. Beautiful accommodations and lovely staff. The saltwater pool area is private and relaxing. The amenities and attention to detail make you feel pampered. We have stayed here’s several times and will be back.
