Nuestra experiencia ha sido una escapada familiar de 2 noches. Jéssica y Fran nos han tratado genial desde antes de entrar. Han sido eficientes, profesionales y sobre todo muy amables. Da gusto tener ese trato, la verdad. Hubo una confusión con la habitación pero no fue culpa de nadie. El dueño del hotel estuvo por allí y también fue amable e interesado porque estuviéramos a gusto. El desayuno bastante rico (aunque el café algo mejorable). En general nos ha gustado mucho.

Nunca habíamos visto tantas moscas juntas , con la de enfermedades que transmiten , la verdad que el sitio sería idílico de no ser por la suciedad y olores pestilentes de las zonas de fiesta y las fincas colindantes , qué asco , todo lleno de moscas . Si quieres tomar café o cualquier otra comida o bebida , lo mejor es que vengan comidos de casa . Especialidad en cóctel de mosca ( detalle de bienvenida ) y de primer plato sopa de mosca , acompañado con un buen solomillo con salsa de mosca . Menuda mosca , no vale la pena el sitio , muy bonito , pero inhabitable , nada higiénico con tanta mosca alrededor . No volveremos en la vida , ni gratis .

El hotel está muy cuidado y bastante bien como por dentro y por fuera. Si es verdad que hay cosas que hacen que no coincida con el precio que tienen, como por ejemplo cuando llegamos no había nadie para atendernos y al esperar un rato tuvimos que decidir llamar, el desayuno no está muy completo en cuanto a variedad, el wifi no va bien y a las 8-9 de la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido de los trabajadores. No está mal, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado y el sitio es bonito pero para nuestro gusto es caro para lo que es.

However, I found the bed to be slightly uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Despite this, the price was reasonable for the location and amenities offered. One downside was the internet speed, which was not very fast. This might be something to consider for those who rely on a stable and speedy connection.

En general, nos ha encantado todo, alrededores enormes y bien cuidados zonas de césped y habitación muy limpia y completa. La tranquilidad, eso no tiene precio. Buen desayuno. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, sería la cama, nos tocó habitación con dos camas individuales, mejor hubiera sido de matrimonio, el colchón algo incómodo. Pero en general perfecto. Repetiremos.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Gran Canaria. In countryside with a rustic charm to the place. La palma 15 mins drive and villages accessible easily. Breakfast section small but had good options. We spoke to owner Mr Luis Sicilia who was through gentleman and informed us he is ex-president of La Palma football club. Parking was no problem on site and not noisy. Really enjoyed our stay and thank you to the owner and team for running it so well.
