Abbiamo alloggiato al numero 815, panorama fantastico, il tramonto meraviglioso, il sig Rudy gentilissimo, appartamento completo di tutto. Pulitissimo. Vicino al mare con bella passeggiata costeggiando i negozi, e ristoranti dove si mangia bene Consigliatissimo

Great location. Apartment clean, basic spacious, dual aspect balcony. No toaster! Hot water doesn't last longer than 3 minutes , so don't expect a decent shower. Solarium, basically a space on the roof with a few sunbeds, very uninspiring! Pool area looks great in photos, however, there are so many rules, it's as very austere area, not really conjusive to a relaxing holiday!

Having stayed in this cheap and cheerful hotel at least a dozen times over the years sadly it has declined considerably 1: complained about bathroom light flickering for a few minutes before it worked told it’s always like that and it was never resolved 2: complained first night to temporary night receptionist about many ants and cockroaches in the room, was told to go supermarket in morning and buy some sprays again problem never resolved. 3: late checkout out was a nightmare to arrange first was ok then not then told to arrange morning of departure if room wasn’t let.

Hier twee weken verbleven en hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Hadden een kamer op de 8e verdieping met zeezicht. Simpel appartement, maar keurig schoon. Schoonmaak komt drie keer per week, maandag, woensdag en vrijdag. De vloer wordt geveegd en gedweild, keuken en badkamer schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken, bed wordt opgemaakt en zelf het vuilnis uit de keuken namen ze mee. Vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad. Enig minpunt wat ik kan bedenken is het gemis van een airco. Zelfs met de gordijnen dicht kwam je in een broeikast terug, over de nachten maar te zwijgen. Wel last gehad van het uitgaanspubliek dat hoor je echt wel ook zo hoog. Toplocatie wat betreft het strand (5 min lopen) en de boulevard (ongeveer 10 min). Tip rechts naast het hotel (als je met je gezicht naar de ingang van het hotel staat) is een steegje, als je die uitloopt kom je uit vlakbij de boulevard (links). Scheelt een hoop trappen lopen want daar is in Playa geen gebrek aan hoge trappen.

Eerste nacht een minder mooie kamer gekregen. Volgende dag is dit keurig opgelost en kregen we een prachtige kamer. Officieel moesten we hier voor bij betalen omdat het mijn verjaardag was kregen we hem gratis. Mooi en schoon zwembad met voldoende stoelen. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Just spent a week there with no bathroom light, working sink in bathroom, reported to reception 3 times, maintenance came up and went away came back never saw him again, geared up more for the Germans, it's just a very tired uncared for block of flats

I booked an apartment which was on the first floor and it initially seemed ok. It is was clean, tidy and was well equipped. However, an apartment was being refurbished just two doors along and there was very loud banging and drilling, starting at 9am, which did not lend itself to a relaxing holiday. I also experienced noise from the apartment next door with the television, music and loud voices. If booking this, be aware that this is a mix of residential and holiday makers, and has quite a different vibe to a traditional holiday apartment. The Spanish people and staff are very loud and have little consideration for others and the reception staff have a limited empathy or understanding of English. I left the apartment number 111 two days early and was given no refund from the individual I booked this through, having paid him with cash in hand on arrival. I will book a package deal next time. Enough said.
