Satisfied with our short stay for a very early departure from the airport: Large parking lot, pleasant welcome, very clean room, apparently recently renovated. Even close to the expressway it is well soundproofed. Simple but sufficient breakfast considering the price. Room however a bit small. Good value for money.

First of all I will start with the positive, the staff is very pleasant, the room was clean, the breakfast is ok even if the room is very small when you come with family and there are quite a few people. On the inconvenience side, we had a family room with a mezzanine. The room is rather small to be "comfortable" for 4 people and the stairs are so narrow that neither my husband nor I could go up to help the children. The location on the edge of the expressway is convenient but very noisy. The parking lot is large but open at night and vans/vans come to sleep under the windows. Good value for money

The hotel is not at all soundproofed as indicated when I booked! We can hear a lot of cars passing on the highway and neighbors huffing, ... The radiator is an old toaster that is under the table, we don't feel that it is heating up. Cold air passes from everywhere around the door and window. The mattress wasn't the best and the bed squeaked whenever I moved. Other than that the room was clean.

Hello, Passing for one night in Brest, we are booking at this b and b. Spacious bedroom with Mezzanine. When we arrived, there was a strong smell inside, either a rotten smell or the smell of poor ventilation. To access the mezzanine, it is better to be thin and not afraid of breaking your face. These two points should be reviewed. The noise near the expressway is not annoying. Even though our alarm clock was disturbed by people returning at 4:30 a.m., we slept well because the bedding is very good. Breakfast is ok. We can come back to it because in addition access and check-in are made easier, everything is done via the internet.
