Our first time in Göteborg and had an amazing time at Jacy’z hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing hotel, the room was lovely with great decor. The most comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in, Spa was absolutely worth the hype clean and the food portion was extremely filling and breakfast options were great too.

Lovely spa, good value. Very very small changing rooms. That was the biggest let down. Way too small for such a popular venue. It was very annoying. That is my only negative. The facilities were great, really relaxing. We went as a group of friends, mums, leaving the kids and the husbands at home. We only did the spa day we didn’t stay. I would love to come back and stay this time.

Booked 2 night stay as a short break to watch our daughter in the Gothia cup. We aren't into expensive stays, a central location with good reviews was all we needed. Wow, so glad we paid that little bit extra to stay here! The place was incredible. Rooms comfy and spacious, clean and well equipped, staff polite and efficient. Breakfast was out of this world! Would book this hotel in every city we visited if there was one!

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The spa is perfect with the perfect view over the city and the 10 course menu from the restaurant is perfect. 10 out of 10. The service is perfect

Was there for 2 nights invited for a general assembly. Personally I was not astonished from the rooms where everything seems a little bit old fashioned. The bathroom is not very conviennent and deserves a refreshment. The bed was comfortable and the room very well soundproof.
