My friend drove to Germany and checked in a day earlier than me, arriving at 8 or 9 in the evening. The underground parking lot of the hotel is shared with the business building next to it. After parking the car, my friend saw a glass door and went in directly, not noticing that it was the door leading to the business building. He needed to swipe his card to return to the parking lot from the business building, so he was trapped. He looked for the hotel phone number provided on the booking website, but couldn't get through. He found another phone number on the hotel's official website, but couldn't get through either. He was trapped for more than half an hour until someone came in to park and heard his banging. When checking in, I told the hotel front desk, and the other party just expressed surprise. It is the guest's responsibility to go to the wrong door. Whether the glass door access control is set reasonably may not be related to the hotel, but it is always the hotel's problem that the phone number on the official website cannot be dialed. This hotel is my choice. Many reviews mentioned that the hotel is in a construction site. I didn't care too much. It is really a large construction site and it is difficult to walk. If you are driving by yourself, please be careful. The road in front of the hotel leads directly to the bridge to the other side. If the navigation does not update the road closure information of the construction site in time, you will have to drive onto the bridge if you drive in the wrong direction. My friend got dizzy after driving around nearby and went through the wrong glass door in the garage.

The area around the hotel is under renovation and a little inconvenient, but it's still acceptable. There are no tea facilities in the room and the front desk doesn't provide free coffee like some hotels. The breakfast is delicious hahaha

The new hotel facilities made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is a little far from the central station, so the only way to get there is by foot, which is inconvenient. There is construction going on in the surrounding area, so I hope that this will be improved in the future. There is a rollaway extra bed. The breakfast buffet is also delicious.
