A very unique hotel u could find. Love the staff, angela, Really helpful and kind person.
Breakfast is good
Location is good just minutes to nordstand shopping mall in Gothenburg.
I have no complain accept no kettle in the room which is very important for me.

船の部屋を宿泊に利用しているが、場所が駅から遠くて分かりにくい。フロントもなくて電話でだから英語力ない自分は大変だった。
部屋は良い。一人部屋でトイレシャワーでほぼ文句なし。食事が夕食このホテルで食べられると期待したが閉まっていた、これはマイナスポイント。
場所の悪さやチェックインのしづらさは慣れの問題で常連向けと考えれば悪くないかも。自分のような外国人でスウェーデン初心者には厳しかった

Absolute Disaster
The hotel is on a ship which is not in the description. (I have seasick)
I spent ten minutes to figure out there is no reception counter, and you have to conduct a self check in.
Then I spend another 10 minutes after rocking through some scary corridor underground with a lot of scrap then I found my room at a dark corner.
Finally I gave up the room and booked another. Not recommended.
Hotel is ignoring and Trip.com is not supporting on this case so I would look moving to other platform permanently.

I came here on the recommendation of several guests from China. They gave it five stars because it was an interesting experience to stay in the cabin. In fact, other aspects were too ordinary. You can see it by translating the guest reviews of other countries. The only advantage is that it is close to the train station. In fact, the closest hotel to the train station is Hyatt, and its price is not expensive.

Contrary to many other – sometimes relatively critical – reviews, my stay (M, mid-20s) was an exceptional experience on a hotel ship :)
Spacious and well-maintained rooms for a ship more than 100 years old
Beautiful view and location!
Steady and fast (free) internet
Breakfast absolutely adequate for normal needs – crispbread omnomnom :)
Medium-firm to soft, not saggy beds with plenty of pillows
Self-check-in via phone in the central lobby was no problem with average English skills (also described at the table)
Well-soundproofed rooms and restful nights
The only drawback is that the upper deck is unfortunately closed to guests and there is no view of the harbor from the ship, but that was manageable ;)
Would definitely go back on board :)
