Very Big Room with Fuji Mountain View. The staffs are very nice. Once I forgot the room card and phone to went to Onsen, a staff helped me check my identity and opened the door for me. On the check-in, our toilet door has some problems and I reported to the staff. A manager came very soon, check the door and tell us there was not engineer at that moment and she proposed room swapping for us. As it's a minor problem, we declined the offer. In general, this is the most luxury hotel in Japan I've been. Really enjoy the hotel and Onsen.

Hotel was conveniently located near Gotemba Outlet shopping and is a good base to head off for travelling either to Kawafujiko or Hakone area. Hot spring was good and clean and overall a pleasant experience.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in many - work covered, expensive "5 star hotels". We had perfect views of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were huge and super well fitted out. It's not the best location wise if you're wanting to go shopping in Gotemba, but this didn't bother us as we hired a car and drove there on our own. The service was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went way beyond and above. The driver drove us to our destination (Gotemba train station that we requested) and then realized we were standing around looking where to go - he came over and asked if we were lost and drove us to the correct location (the car rental shop). The reception gave us a tour of the area to make sure we knew where the lifts were, how to use the various facilities (especially the onsen). If you have kids or traveling as a couple, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Clean room. Daily necessities well- thought out. Cups and plates provided are nice. Colour of walls and surrounding are perfectly matched.

The room was spacious & clean. The staff was attentive and welcome us at the entrance when we drove in. The hotel is near to the Gotemba premium outlets.

Despite being a bit expensive, the hotel service and private onsen are excellent.

Staff are very nice. It’s very quiet in the environment, very pleasant stay. Since we took bus at JR Gotemba, we called the hotel earlier for the pick up service. And unfortunately the bus was late, we could not meet the car anymore. We then asked the tourist information Ctr to call. ( tips to all tourists)
