Amber Springs Hotel

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay, as always ! The new park facilities are brilliant. We ate in Farino's as we always do, the staff are so helpful and they always recognise us and are very friendly. The pool is excellent. And I want to give an extra mention to Rebecca on the reservation team, she recognised our loyalty and we got a free upgrade! So thoughtful. I can't recommend enough. We stay nearly once per month / every 6 weeks and each trip is memorable.

We've stayed at amber springs a few times now.Each time was excellent and they always seem to be improving the experience. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them You'll be hard pushed to find a more complete family friendly hotel.We will 100% be back for another visit in 2025.We have been at Easter and Christmas before so hopefully we make it for both again this year.

I rated this 5/5 it was a great experience and nice service although the animals at the farm side looked depressed The mini horse still had a head collar on and it was broken. I felt bad for it because it was on its own as well. All the other animals had a friend the pigs look lonely but they had friends there were tons of guinea pigs to look at chickens walking around place. I asked one of the staff in the candy shop. Why is there a head collar on the horse? He said that because she goes on walks. The playground was really good kids loved it. The parrot wasn’t talking at all and looked really sad. I’m not sure what happened with it but I think it’s okay. There was a ride and you had to go in a car around this place, it was really fun and golf was also really fun as well, bed rooms are cleaned out every single day and I really liked that. Honestly the food was okay but the pesto pasta tastes like spinach and the portions are really small other than that I really had a good experience and the pool and the gym are very nice as well. I just feel bad for the animals that are kept in there the gym has every gym equipment that you need the pool has shallow pool and deep side changing rooms are okay.This was honestly just my review and it might be different for you but I think the animals just need better looking after. everything else was great except the spinach pasta

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 2 year old. It was perfect for a family, there were activities for children of all ages, even toddlers. Our 2 year old loved the play zone which was opened from early morning. The farm area and playground was also great. She tired herself out, and we had a lovely family day. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Room has a smart tv which helped entertain 2 year old in the morning. Rooms are serviced every day which is a big plus for me. We only got to eat in the bar and grill restaurant for lunch and dinner so didn't try the Italian or burger place. However we were happy with the food and service. Staff were friendly. With a 2 year old we were there at 6pm, and it was mainly families with young children. It was great for us as we felt we could relax and it wasn't as noisy as I would've expected. Breakfast buffet is served in Kelby's. Usual hot food selection, along with pancakes. Nice pastry and cereal selection. Also had a decent cold food selection. We went at 8.45 and 8am, and while it was busy enough on both days it wasn't too busy. Was a nice breakfast experience. We didn't get to use the pool area on this visit unfortunately, however we fully plan on returning so will hopefully use it then.

My daughter and I celebrated her birthday at the Amber Springs and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. There was so much to do at the hotel, swimming pool, mini golf, kids' cinema, petting the animals, go-karting, and a lot more we didn't get to. We ate in Farina, the food was fabulous. I haven't slept as well in years, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast the next morning was extensive and fresh. Being able to use the hotel's facilities until 2pm was a bonus that we didn't avail of due to the gorgeous weather- we had to go to Courtown for ice cream in the sun! Definitely recommend Amber Springs. The staff were all very friendly too 😀

The food is OK not recommended Feels precooked Got a jug of minerals and it had dishwasher limescale in the jug After drinking it and I asked what it was floating in the jug I instally regretted asking Knowing the fact I had just digested limescale Also staff can be friendly Then the manger with blonde hair in the black shirt was asked one question and lied to my face about it Won't ever be returning to this place due to this invasion of privacy and also the fact myself and my child drank limescale Over priced and judgemental in a way Even when I raised this issue about the limescale with the manger in a suit I was completely dismissed I am flabbergasted as to how this has a four star rating Will not be returning Desserts over priced and absolutely tiny portion
