The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. However, it got quite cold at night. I asked them to turn on the heater, and they said they would, but the room didn't really get any warmer.

The hotel is in a great location. The owner is very nice. The room is large and the breakfast is good. However, the bathroom is a bit moldy and smelly.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy parking for self-drive tours. The handsome owner was very welcoming and helped me book a hot air balloon for 70 euros. His service was first-rate, with no quibbles or gimmicks. The rooms are a little dated, but since it's a cave-style B&B, this is perfectly acceptable. The breakfast was also very good, with tons of cheese. Overall, it's highly recommended, but avoid summer as it's too hot. I'd definitely visit Turkey in the fall when the weather is nice and crisp.

If you want to stay in a cave hotel in Cappadocia, I highly recommend it! I definitely recommend staying there.
The staff are also very friendly, kind, and supportive. Even when the tour company I booked with suddenly canceled on the day, they quickly arranged another tour for me.
In addition, the exterior of the hotel and the interior of the room are very beautiful, and just staying there makes me feel happy 😊 Even though it was December, the heating was fully equipped, the bathroom was clean, and I was able to spend my time there not much differently from Japan. You may feel that the floor is a little sandy/there may be sand on the bed, but they cleaned it well, so I think it's unique to caves.
The view from the terrace was wonderful, it was close to the city center, and the breakfast was delicious, so I had no complaints and it was a wonderful stay 🙏❤️
